Information you send us
When you use our contact, estimating or job application forms, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, and any plans, photos or resume you attach. We use them to answer your inquiry, prepare an estimate or review your application. Form submissions are stored on our website and sent to our office by email.
Website chat assistant
Our website offers an AI assistant that answers general questions about our services. It is not a person, and it cannot give engineering advice or confirm a price, schedule or booking. Please do not enter payment details, identification numbers or other sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Conversations: chat messages are processed by our website service provider and a third-party AI service to produce answers. We keep chat transcripts for 30 days to check answer quality, then delete them.
- Follow-up requests: if you ask the assistant to have our team contact you, the name, phone number, email address and note you provide are sent to our office and kept for 90 days in the chat system.
- What we do not store: the assistant does not store your IP address or browser user agent with chat transcripts or follow-up requests, and chat content is not used to train AI models.
Phone calls and lead tracking
Phone numbers shown on our website and Google Business Profile may be tracking numbers that forward to our office. They help us understand which pages and listings lead to calls. Calls to these numbers may be recorded and transcribed for quality and training purposes. Our call tracking provider also records which website pages led to a form submission or call.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics and our call tracking provider’s script to measure website visits, the pages viewed and how visitors reach us. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.
Spam protection
Form submissions are checked by an anti-spam service to filter out automated and abusive messages.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, handle calls and messages, and respond to you, and when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by emailing admin@ssi-1.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
